Overview:

Prodapt is actively seeking Business Analysts with strong knowledge in Data, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for working with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed product and business decisions.

You will be working closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure data systems are structured correctly to support insightful decision-making and ongoing product innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the analytics partner by supporting various product and engineering teams with insights and data recommendations
• Participate in system and table design discussions to ensure end-to-end analytics needs are embedded in new product features
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review data schemas, validate new tables, and ensure data usability
• Perform data validation and quality checks by comparing with legacy systems and external sources to find inconsistencies
• Bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights by making sure appropriate data is captured for each product feature
• Work with stakeholders across teams (analysts, product managers, and engineers) to align on data strategies and delivery plans

Requirements:

Basic Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in analytics
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to define problems, gather data, and interpret insights for decision-making
• Proficiency in SQL and strong experience with data analysis tools
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and contribute proactively
• Self-driven and quick to adapt to new business domains or technical environments
